Our mission is to instill lifelong learning, appreciation and love for music through orchestral performance.Through our four tier orchestra program, we strive to provide quality, diverse, enjoyable and accessible classical and other musical entertainment that enriches the audience, orchestra and community.

The orchestra magnet at South Miami Middle School is an exciting and well-rounded program that provides students a fertile ground to develop and reach their highest artistic aspirations. Our four tier orchestra program meets the needs of the students from the beginner to artistic levels with great opportunities for performance and growth. Our students achieve the highest accolades in the State and County orchestral events.
